All site content is the property of TSMOL. Regarding development services, source code and created materials remain the intellectual property of TSMOL until the full payment of the project is cleared.

TSMOL strives to keep the site secure and functional. In commercial relations, the company's civil liability will observe the limits of good faith and the social function of the contract, limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this document shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Brazil.
